Why coach organizations?
I never liked working as an engineer myself and I couldn’t understand why. It was purely by chance that I found my passion working with people as opposed to hands-on with technology. This happened by chance since I was trying to get away from what I was currently doing and I grasped at the first opportunity that came along. This opportunity lead me down the path of coaching and further to organizational behaviour, leadership and psychology.
Based on my own experience and the journey I have taken so far, I am well-equipped to help leaders understand what they can, should and need to do to increase organizational performance by putting the people first.
Your employees are after all the ones who will be executing the strategies and therefore key to figuring out when and how.
